The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to sports sections in the administrative running of their respective sections as all Sections are required to be financially self-sufficient.
The Club Management and Main Committee are committed to ensuring the interests of its members are looked after. To this end, sections formed by members shall serve the interests of The Club and all its members. No section may be exclusive.
The requirement for this document is due to the differences in the way sections are required to be run due to unique financial elements of certain sections. This document does not cover all aspects of the sections, in the event that circumstances arise beyond the guidelines and rules stipulated within, the matter will be referred to The Club Management and the Main Committee, whichever is applicable.
The guidelines are designed to assist sections in determining how funds can be used and by no means replaces The Club’s Constitution and By-Laws.
