Our 10,000 sq ft Fitness suite boasts a range of over 70 cardio vascular, resistance and free weight pieces of the latest equipment and is manned by our team of fully qualified expatriate Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers

A schedule of classes and fitness programmes cater for all ages and abilities and take place in the Studio. The complex also houses Sauna and Steam rooms.

We have four floodlit tennis courts, two squash courts and a badminton hall.

Our resident Tennis Professional offers individual and group coaching for both adults and children as well as training for Club teams participating in the Abu Dhabi Tennis League.

Two glass backed squash courts are located in the Sports Complex, with viewing areas for guests. The adjoining sports hall features an air-conditioned badminton/utility court. Match nights, competitions and tournaments are regularly organised.

For something more sedate The Club Snooker Room has three full sized tables in a traditional wood panelled setting.

The main swimming pool is temperature controlled and surrounded by a large paved pooldeck overlooking the full length of the family beach.

There are also two shaded children’s pools with water-play features and seating areas for mum and dad.

The Poolside Café offers an air-conditioned respite from the summer heat while a separate Adult Only beach is located next to the Sailing Club.

From toddlers to teens The Club has something in store.

Mums with toddlers are well catered for at The Club, with the Abu Dhabi Mums Group who meet regularly at The Club, as well as our Crèche which operates Saturday to Thursday during regular school term time.

A variety of programmes as well as supervised activity sessions and a full weekend programmes for children are regularly scheduled.

A.D.D.S has been running for over 30 years and is a highly respected sub-section of The Club that provides a wealth of entertainment for the whole family.

Enthusiasts from all walks of life take part in an average of 3 to 4 productions each year. New members are always welcome, either "up-front" or backstage.

Offering an extremely wide and varied selection of fiction and non-fiction publications to suit most tastes.

You'll find the latest UK and US best sellers, ordered and re-stocked on a regular basis, as well as a large choice of paperbacks and reference books. Library Members are also entitled to borrow from a range of DVDs.

There is a seperate children's section, with books to suit all ages, as well as a CD-Rom section featuring educational and informational topics and storytime sessions for the younger ones.

With a fleet of Kestrels and Lasers and a few Toppers, the Abu Dhabi Sailing Club welcomes all sailors.

We take to the water twice a week, and also participate in 4-5 National Regattas every year in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Never sailed before? No Problem. We'll get you on the water in no time.

Come along for a good time, some civilised exercise, and a break from the daily routines on temperate waters.

Affiliated to the British Sub Aqua Club, ADSAC offers Club Members the opportunity to dive in the clear and warm waters off Abu Dhabi’s coastline.

Club Members can also join one of the regular training courses for beginners as well as sessions of more advanced levels of instruction leading to BSAC qualifications.

High speed Internet terminals are located in the Library and for "wireless" users The Club provides Internet hot-zones within the grounds.

The Club's in-house information channel provides online access to the latest world news and happenings around The Club.

The Club maintains its own Video and DVD library which are available to members for viewing at home or in the Family Room. In addtion, throughout The Club you'll find large screen and projection TV's showing the latest sports and major world events through our many satellite channels.

Located in the Health Complex on the first floor you will find a Ladies Hair & Beauty Salon. Michelle, our fully UK qualified hairstylist with many years experience, offers a full range of hair treatments by appointment and our Beautician Juliet, offers manicures, pedicures, facials and other beauty treatments.

Our traditional Gentlemens Barber service is available daily from 9am to 2pm & 3pm to 8pm (closed Sundays).
