The Restaurant offers a wide range of dining experiences to suit all tastes.

Our Monday Carvery, Seafood Extravaganza on Wednesdays, and the Bistro on Thursday with live music, are always popular and, in addition on Sunday & Tuesday evenings Members & their guests have the opportunity to savour some of our Chef's finest dishes from the a la carte menu. Family Brunch can be enjoyed on Friday & Saturday from 11am, and an Curry Experience evening has been introduced on Fridays.

The Patio offers a pleasant 'al fresco' dining option. A dress code applies every day except at weekend brunches when relaxed, casual wear is permitted.

The Club Bar offers the congeniality of a private members bar, incorporated in contemporary surroundings with a lively pub atmosphere.

From noon you can order bar snacks and meals, or choose from the specials of the day and there are regular food & beverage promotions thoughout the year.

There's a fun Quiz night followed on Wednesdays, and large, well placed TV screens show all the latest major sporting news and events throughout the week. On Monday & Friday evenings Stef our resident entertainer brings you his own brand of music and Members also have the chance to win cash and F&B Vouchers at the MOnday Accumulator.

The Vista with wonderful sea views,an international menu using the freshest produce and our cool mist system, lends itself perfectly to ‘Al Fresco’ dining at any time of year.


From Steak to Sushi the food is flown in directly from as far as France, Holland and Australia with the healthiest of ingredients including Hazelnut, Walnut and Extra Virgin Olive Oils. ‘The grill’ selection will beckon the discerning steak lover; however Jumbo Prawns and Chicken are also featured for an all-round taste adventure.

A classical ‘A la Minute’ style of cooking is adopted and the whole menu embraces ‘Cuisine Naturalle’ with the sweetness of a dish coming from honey, sourness from citrus fruits, and savoury tastes from fresh herbs, vegetables and meat jus.

The newly refurbished Al Sarab Lounge Bar offers a cosmopolitan alternative to the Club Bar.
