From kick starting breakfasts, warming soups, Panini’s & sandwiches, oragnic dishes, fillers and well earned afters, the menu has been designed to be light & healthy whilst still tantalisingly tasty. The state of the art Salad Bar allows Members to design their own salad from over 30 ingredients.
Relax on the sofas and watch the day go by or meet up with friends and catch up on their news. The outside patio is an ideal place to relax after your workout, and enjoy a drink or a meal, as the breeze drifts through the palm trees. If you're in a hurry, take advantage of our Take out service, order before you start your workout, and we'll have it ready to go when you are. |
