Studio Classes. Members are advised that cancellations of bookings less than 24 hours before, or a no show will incur a charge for the full amount of that class.

Adult Activity Schedule

The Club provides a weekly programme of Adult fitness classes offering cardio, strength, toning, relaxation or conditioning workouts. For this months timetable, please ask for an Adults Activity leaflet, available at Health Complex Reception.
